It means caring for each other, taking responsible actions to stop the spread of COVID-19, and protecting our people and all who choose to stay with us. Importantly, it also means continuing to offer an enjoyable experience to our guests and a safe workplace for our employees.
The experience staying with us may look different in this new environment, but it will feel the same;
Along with already-commonplace measures such as more sanitizers, masks and heightened cleaning and hygiene we enhance our tools and training to deliver an experience grounded in safety and trust. A Hygiene Officer is also focused on implementing enhancements to all procedures according to EODY’s guidelines. To that end a guest file with personal data is kept in order to notify guests in case of Covid impacted cases identified after departure.
Social distancing measures are embedded in all services for guest and personnel protection.
Self- check in/out service ,e-payments/e-invoicing, “app & chat” communication and suspended housekeeping services (available only upon request) will further allow guests to control how they engage with us – limiting face-to-face interactions while maintaining communication and service that our guests know.
Tab water is not drinkable
Contactless check out at 11.00 and check in at 15.00 allows us to sterilize, refresh, clean and prepare your room for your safe and comfort stay.
Focused re-training programs for Housekeeping on all cleaning protocols are being implemented. Hand sanitizers are available on the property with additional gloves supplied on demand;
We also understand your need for flexibility when planning future travel. To that end, our latest free cancellation policy is modified to 5 days prior to arrival and we encourage you to contact us to discuss your future plans.
